Reformer Foundation

Reformer Foundation is a beginner-level reformer. In Reformer Foundation, you take the principles and proper form you've learned on the mat and apply them to the reformer. Exercises on Pilates Reformers use spring resistance to develop long, lean muscles and strengthen the core.

Reformer Mid Level

Reformer Mid Level is an intermediate-level class. In Reformer Mid level you incorporate the principles from Reformer Foundations to complete more challenging moves on the Reformer. Movements on reformers using different spring resistance will develop long, lean muscles and strengthen the core.

TRX®

TRX was developed by a navy seal while in the field to stay fit. This apparatus will target a lot of upper body strength. If you struggle with strength in your upper body we can show you modifications along the way. The overall purpose is strength, balance, and core stability.


Springboard Pilates

This Springboard is the best place to start when moving towards equipment. Think of the springboard as the vertical reformer . This apparatus allows you to focus on each side of the body independently allowing our instructors to see and assist clients as they learn about their bodies and work on their own imbalances.

Stability Chair

The Split-Pedal Stability Chair (with handles) is a multi-functional Pilates machine that utilizes spring resistance. The sturdy piece of equipment helps achieve upper and lower-body strength, core control, and balanced stability.
